Homey, relaxing and comfortable stay in the historical heritage of Melaka.  Walking distance to tourism hot spot such as Stadthuys Square, A Famosa, Maritime Museum, Jonker Street and etc.  As Melaka tourism hot spot has limited parking, walking will be a better suggestion.  A few nice famous known restaurants around the area like Hakka Zhan Restaurant, Tim Sum How Her Restaurant, Sun May Hiong Pork Satay, Bei Zhan Restaurant, and etc.

* Cancellation: No refundable

* Amendment: Subject to availability (min 14 days prior to arrival)

* Deposit: RM300 per house (cash only). Refundable upon leave the house without any damages or loss.

* House rules: NO cooking, smoking & pet allowed in the house. 

Voucher Terms & Conditions:

* Unlimited number of e-Vouchers can be purchased and redeemed throughout the redemption period.

* E-vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or other items or promotions.

* E-vouchers are non-refundable for cancellation of utilised or unutilised services.

* No amendment is allowed once booking is made.

* No replacement / extension for expired e-Vouchers will be given.
