* Daily Operation Hours: 10am-6pm
* Adult ticket: 12-59 years old
* Children ticket: 3-11 years old
* Senior Citizen ticket: 60 years old & above
* Free admission to the park is granted to children below 3 years old.
* For Water Park RM11 per day is chargeable for mandatory swim diapers to children below 3 years old. Booking to be done upon arrival at Water Park ticketing counter.
* Re-Entry Policy:
- 1-Day Theme Park and 1-Day Water Park tickets are for SINGLE ENTRY only. No re-entry allowed.
- Combo (Theme Park and Water Park) tickets entitled for re-entry per day
- Combo (Theme Park and Water Park) tickets entitled for re-entry per day
Sanrio Hello Kitty & Thomas Town
* Free admission is granted to children below 3 year old.
* Operation hour is Wednesday until Monday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
(Closed on every Tuesday; Except during Malaysia School Holiday, National & Johor Public and Replacement Holidays.)
* It is with sincere regret we inform that Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and Thomas Town Puteri Harbour will cease operations and close its business permanently on 31 December 2019. The closure of the business will make way for the repurposing of the space and re-planning of Puteri Harbour precinct where both attractions are located.
*The business and services at the attractions will be running as usual until closing date on 31 December 2019.
